We all know it may be tough to “check-in” to all facilities during medical visits.
UploMD does not want to miss out on any medical data that can ultimately affect your medical needs.
Our team will contact (via eFax) all facilities in your profile every 3 months, and request for any new data during that time frame. If we get any new data, we will organize the data, review the data, and update your summary profile as necessary.
You will get notified if an update has been made.

UploMD providers can send reminders such as this to you based on general recommendations for health as well as based on your medical contacts’ recommendations:
“UploMD noticed that you have not seen your primary MD in more than 2+ years, as there are no records. It may be a good time to reconnect.”
“We noticed that you are due for a vaccination booster”
“We noticed that based on current recommendations, you should have a colonoscopy, but there are no records of a colonoscopy”

If you are not subscribed to this feature, UploMD remains available during normal business hours (Mondays through Fridays, 9a to 5pm except holidays).
Appointment Scheduling Assistance
With an account, UploMD has all your medical contacts.
We know making appointments can be time consuming (looking up numbers, being on hold, finding mutual time availability).
You can let UploMD know that you need to make an appointment, and give us a time range of your availability. We will do all the grunt work, and make sure you have an appointment so you can spend time doing other things.
